The ability to expand or collapse rows in a scorecard is controlled by two buttons on the Scorecard View toolbar: Expand All and Collapse All.
When you click Expand All, the scorecard shows all the rows at every level and sublevel. For example, you might see sales figures for a region and every store individually within that region.
If you click Collapse All, only the top-level row is visible. For example, you might see only the row that contains the gross sales figures for a region.
