Haramain Bill​ady was born in Jakarta in 29 November 1986. He Completed his Bachelor's degree in management from Universitas Indonesia in 2008. He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Universitas Gajah Mada in 2016.

He held various positions in OJK, namely as head of sub division performance monitoring & reporting – Strategic and Change Management Department (2014-2018), Head of Division (Senior Analyst) Strategy and Information Services – Board of Commissioners Secretariat and Public Relations Department (2018-2022), dan Deputy Director (Executive Analyst) Strategic and Financial Planning Department (2022-2024). His last position was as the Head of Purwokerto OJK Office since December 2024.
