​Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the reinsurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Artha Dana Mandiri to PT Artha Reinsurance Brokers KEP-584/PD.02/2025 on 31 Oktober 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.​

With the approval of the company’s business license, PT Artha Reinsurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.​
