Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the reinsurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT INARE Proteksi Internasional to PT Inare Proteksi Internasional Reinsurance Broker through KEP-629/PD.02/2025 on November 25th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.

With the approval of the company’s business license, PT Inare Proteksi Internasional Reinsurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
