Indonesia Financial Services Authority through Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-1/D.05/2025 date Januari 8, 2025, regarding the Dissolution of Aerowisata Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Aerowisata Pension Fund, located at Jalan KH Abdullah Syafei No. 21 E Tebet Jakarta Selatan 12830, effective from June 30, 2024.
The dissolution of the Aerowisata Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Aerowisata Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP 1/D.05/2025 date Januari 8 2025, also establishes the Liquidation Team to act as of Aerowisata Pension Fund as follows:
Boedi Soeharto (Team Leader);

Muhammad Jamaludin (Team Member);
Fani Ahmad Fauzi (Team Member); dan
