Indonesia Financial Services Authority through Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-18/D.05/2025 date January 30, 2025, regarding the Dissolution of Lux Indonesia Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Lux Indonesia Pension Fund, located at Gedung South Quarter Tower A, Lt. Mezzanine Unit B- C- I, Jl. R. A. Kartini Kav. 8, Cilandak Barat, Jakarta 12430, effective from September 30, 2024.
The dissolution of the Lux Indonesia Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Lux Indonesia Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decision of Member of Board of Commissioners Number KEP 18/D.05/2025 date January 30, 2025, also establishes the Liquidation Team to act as Liquidator of Lux Indonesia Pension Fund as follows:
