Financial Services Authority, Jakarta, February 15, 2016: Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked business license for securities company PT Multi Sarana Investama Sekuritas and therefore the license is announced no longer valid. Due to this revocation of business license, PT Multi Sarana Investama Sekuritas cannot therefore perform business activities anymore as broker-dealer (PPE) for those who have not administered their customer accounts, effective since the date of issuance of OJK Board of Commissioners Decision Number KEP-8/D.04/2016, that is February 15, 2016.

OJK Board of Commissioners Decision on the revocation of business license does not eliminate all of the company's obligations regarding unpaid levy payment and administrative sanction given before this decision is issued.
