The revocation of the business license is effective from September, 1st 2024 as stated in the Deed of Merger Number 135 dated August, 15th 2024, made by Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn., notary in West Jakarta, and having obtained proof of recording in the Administrative System Legal Entity as stated in the letter of the Minister of Law and Human Rights number AHU-AH.01.09-0246695 dated September, 1st 2024.
Since the effective date of the merger of PT BCA Multi Finance into PT BCA Finance, PT BCA Finance as the party receiving the merger, is responsible for the transfer of all activities, business activities, operations, share capital, employees, assets, permits, obligations and all other assets and liabilities, in the broadest scope, of PT BCA Multi Finance as a result of the merger.
