The Financial Services Authority (OJK) through the Decree of the Board of
Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-19/D.06/2023
October 23th, 2023, has revoked PT HBD Gadai Nusantara business license, which its
head office is located at Jl. Matraman Raya No. 21, Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur.
With the revocation of the business license, the Company is prohibited from carrying out
business activities in the pawnshop sector and is obligated to settle rights and
obligations in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.05/2016 (“POJK 31/2016”) concerning Pawn Business,
Companies whose business license have been revoked are prohibited from using the
word pawn or words that characterize pawn activities in the name of the company.
