OJK through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority Number KEP-23/D.06/2023 dated October 30th 2023, has revoked PT Corpus
Prima Ventura business license, which its head office is located at Embong Kenongo
Nomor 7-9, RT 002 RW 001, Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin, Kecamatan Genteng, Kota
Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
PT Corpus Prima Ventura is prohibited from carrying out business activities in financing
sector and is obligated to settle rights and obligations in accordance with the applicable
laws and regulations, among others:
Settle the rights and obligations with all parties, both business partners and/or
debtors and all creditors in accordance with the agreements that have been made
and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Carry out the process of returning collateral (if any) for financing held by the
Company for all Business Partners and/or Debtors which have been paid off in
accordance with the agreement between both parties and the applicable provisions.
Provide clear information to all Business Partners and/or Debtors regarding
installment payment mechanism.
Provide an internal customer information and complaints center for the Company
equipped with authorized contact persons.
Furhermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 56 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Number 34/POJK.05/2015 concerning Business Licensing and Institutions
for Venture Capital Companies, companies whose business license have been revoked
are prohibited from using the words venture or sharia venture in the company name
