Regarding the completion of the portfolio settlement of the Sharia Unit of PT Tokio
Marine Life Insurance Indonesia, which constitutes as a follow-up to the termination of
Sharia business unit activities as part of the action plan of PT Tokio Marine Life
Insurance Indonesia, the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services
Authority (OJK) hereby decides on the revocation of the business license for the
establishment of a sharia branch office of PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia
through the decision of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services

Branch Office of PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia
The revocation of the license for the establishment of a Sharia branch office shall
become effective as of the date on which the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of
the Financial Services Authority is enacted. Following such revocation, PT Tokio Marine
Life Insurance Indonesia shall be prohibited from carrying out any business activities
based on Sharia principles.

concerning the settlement of obligations of the Sharia Unit of PT Tokio Marine Life
