According to the completion of the transfer portfolio from the Sharia Unit of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia to PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia. It is hereby announced that upon the request of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has issued the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-690/PD.02/2024 dated December 9, 2024, regarding the revocation of the license for the Sharia Unit of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia.

The Sharia Unit of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia is located at AXA Tower 16th Floor, Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav. 18, Kuningan City, Jakarta, 12940.

With the revocation of the license for the establishment of the Sharia Unit, PT AXA Insurance Indonesia is prohibited from conducting business activities based on Shariah Insurance principles.
