The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted surety company business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jakarta to PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jakarta (Perseroan Daerah) number KEP-557/PD.02/2024 on 1 Oktober 2024 is effective since the decision of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Service Authority is made.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jakarta (Perseroan Daerah) is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
