Financing institution is a business entity which performs financing activities in the forms of funding or capital goods.

Financial institution encompasses:

  1. Financing Company, that is a business entity founded particularly to carry out leasing, factoring, consumer financing, and/or credit card business.

  2. Venture Capital Company, that is a business entity which performs financing business/equity participation for a company that receives financing support (investee company) for a certain period of time in the forms of stock participation, participation through convertible bond buying, and/or financing based on profit sharing.

  3. Infrastructure Financing Company, that is a business entity that is founded particularly to provide financing in the form of funding for infrastructure projects.​
