Financial Services Authority, Jakarta, February 15, 2016: The Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked a business license to operate as a securities company in the name of PT Multi Sarana Investama Sekuritas and declared it invalid. Following the revocation, PT Multi Sarana Investama Sekuritas may no longer conduct any business activities as broker/dealer and cannot provide administrative services for customer funds accounts (RDN), effective from the receipt date of Letter No. KEP-8/D.04/2016, which was February 15, 2016.

Financial Services Authority's Board of Commissioners Decision on the license revocation does not write off any liabilities in relation to levy payments, nor does it eliminate any administrative sanctions in the form of fines not yet paid by the concerned company prior to the promulgation of this Decision.
