Content
In general, POJK regulates:
1. The obligation of Green Bond issuers to follow the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector.
2. Environmental Based Business Activities, hereinafter abbreviated as KUBL, are business activities and/or other activities that aim to protect, repair, and/or improve the quality or function of the environment.
3. The obligation of Green Bond issuers to obtain an opinion or assessment and submit the results of periodic reviews from Environmental Experts, make an action plan, and use at least 70% of the proceeds from the Public Offering to finance activities that benefit the environment.
4. Additional document requirements, periodic reports, and material change reports that must be submitted.
