SURABAYA, KANALINDONESIA.COM: Head of the Surabaya District Prosecutor's Office, Joko Budi Dharmawan, emphasized the importance of improving human resources (HR) through digital transformation. Because, this is one of the important factors towards advancing Indonesia within the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office.
This confirmation was conveyed by Kajari Joko in the National Seminar "Building Human Resources Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045", at the ASEEC Tower Building, Airlangga University, Surabaya, Saturday (2/12).
In the context of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, digital transformation is an effort to improve performance and services to the community by utilizing information technology.
"This digital transformation has a significant impact on the human resources of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office," said Kajari Surabaya Joko Budi Dharmawan.
The concept of human resources (HR) in the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office, explained Joko, includes four aspects, including selection, assessment, rewards and development.
"Selecting human resources who are competent and have high integrity, have an objective and transparent assessment system to measure HR performance, provide fair and competitive rewards to HR and develop HR competency through training and education," explained Joko.
Meanwhile, for the concept of digital transformation, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office covers three aspects, including experience, operations and business models.
“For digital transformation, it can provide a good experience for the public in accessing legal services. "The use of information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes and develop new business models that utilize information technology," he said.
Kajari Surabaya further explained that the digital HR transformation process includes four aspects, namely knowledge, skills, expertise and behavior.
"The HR of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of information technology, have the skills needed to use information technology in their work, have special skills needed to support digital transformation and behavior that supports digital transformation, such as adaptive, innovative, and customer-oriented. results," he explained.
According to Joko, digital transformation can give birth to the evolution of new technology that continues to develop.
"This new technological development must be followed in order to remain relevant and able to provide the best service to the community," he said.
In an effort to deal with these changes in digital transformation, Joko said that the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office has a strategy in implementing the use and utilization of information digitalization by focusing on two things.
"Optimizing human resource development and optimizing information technology infrastructure development," he said.
