Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - To accelerate digital transformation, the Ministry of Communication and Information has a program to develop the potential of human resources, namely the Digital Leadership Academy.

The Head of the Research and Development Agency for Human Resources (BPSDM) Kominfo RI, Hary Budiarto said, the first program is training provided to leaders.

"It can be a regional head or an OPD head and below," said Hary, when asked for information, after holding an audience with the Regional Secretary of Lampung Province, Fahrizal Darminto, at the Governor's office, Monday (14/3/2022).

He also explained that the program collaborates with eight international universities that occupy the 20 best universities in the world, including Harvard University, Oxford University, Cambridge University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

"Then Cornel University, Tsinghua University, and National University Singapore, they gave several themes in the digital field, such as making smart cities, digital businesses, and others," he said.

The training participants, he continued must-attend online training which lasts for 4 weeks. Then the participants were given local content training which was given directly by the Minister.

Later, at the end of the training, explained Hary, participants are expected to make a collusive brief or working paper, which will be trained by the State Administration Institute (LAN).

"Collusion will be tested, presented, and expected to be implemented. Meanwhile, the quota of participants is 550 and free," he explained. (*)
