Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) launched Cybersecurity Guidelines, which was designed specifically for Financial Sector Technology Innovation (FSTI) Providers.
The guidelines were developed with the support from the British Embassy through the UK Government cyber capacity-building programme. The guidelines included reactive and proactive strategies to ensure cybersecurity as a crucial part of FSTI ecosystem.
The cybersecurity guidelines for FSTI providers included data protection, risk management, incident response, maturity assessment, training and awareness by prioritizing collaboration and information exchange. By following through the guidelines, stakeholders in FSTI organizations may contribute to a safer and tougher digital financial environment in Indonesia.
OJK expects all Indonesia financial sector stakeholders to support the effective implementation of cyber security and defense framework in the FSTI sector.
