The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the general insurance business license in respect of the change of name from PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia to Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia through KEP-427/PD.02/2026 on August 18th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
