Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted guarantee company business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Jamkrida Riau to PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Riau (Perseroda) through KEP-32/KO.15/2026 on February 27th, 2026. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Riau (Perseroda) is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
