Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted guarantee company business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur to PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur (Perseroda) through KEP-36/KO.23/2026 on June 10th, 2026, effectively since the decision of Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Service Authority is made.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur (Perseroda) is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
