Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the insurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Sentana Mitra Kualita to PT Sentana Mitra Kualita Pialang Asuransi through KEP-638/PD.02/2025 on December 1st, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.

With the approval of the company’s business license, PT Sentana Mitra Kualita Pialang Asuransi is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
