Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services
Authority hereby dissolves Dana Pensiun BASF Indonesia through KEP-84/D.05/2026 on September 2th, 2026, located at DBS Bank Tower 26th Floor, Ciputra
World 1, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav. 3-5, Kuningan, South Jakarta, effective as of 31 July 2026.
The dissolution of Dana Pensiun BASF Indonesia has been carried out upon the request of the
Founder of Dana Pensiun BASF Indonesia.
The aforementioned Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services
Authority has also appointed the Liquidator for this pension fund, as follows:
Drs. Asiwardi Gandhi (Team Leader); and
Drs. Ganis Widio Ananto (Team Member).

The liquidator shall be responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the
prevailing laws and regulations regarding the dissolution and liquidation of pension funds.
