hereby dissolves Jiwasraya Financial Institution Pension Fund and Jiwasraya Employer
Pension Fund, located at Jalan Ir. H. Juanda No. 34, Kebon Kelapa, Gambir, Central
Jakarta, effective as of January 16, 2025.
The dissolution of Jiwasraya Financial Institution Pension Fund and Jiwasraya
Employer Pension Fund has been carried out at the request of Liquidation Team of PT
Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) (In Liqudation Process).
The aforementioned Decisions of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial
Services Authority also establishes the Liquidator for the two pension funds as follows:
