Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-26/D.05/2024 dated March 26, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of LEN Industri Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the LEM Industri Pension Fund, located at Jl. Soekarno– Hatta No.442 Bandung Jawa Barat 40254, effective from April 30, 2024.
The dissolution of the LEN Industri Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of LEN Industri Pension Fund. The aforementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP- KEP-26/D.05/2024 dated June 7, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of LEN Industri Pension Fund as follows:
