Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-52/D.05/2024 dated June 21, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of LKBN Antara Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the LKBN Antara Pension Fund, located at Graha Saharjo Jalan Dr. Saharjo No. 244D, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan effective from December 31, 2023.

The dissolution of the LKBN Antara Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of LKBN Antara Pension Fund. The aforementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-52/D.05/2024 dated June 21, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of LKBN Antara Pension Fund as follows:
