​Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-48/D.05/2024 dated June 7, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of Natour Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Natour Pension Fund, located at Jl. Prof. DR. Soepomo No. 8 Pancoran- Tebet Jakarta Selatan 12810, effective from December 31, 2023. 

The dissolution of the Natour Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Natour Pension Fund.

The afrorementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP 48/D.05/2024 dated June 7, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of Natour Pension Fund as follows:

1. Fajar Ida Situmorang (Team Leader);
   

2. R. Wahyudi Agung Wibowo (Team Member);
   

3. Rinastuti (Team Member); and
   

4. Woro Anggraini Sarwo Sri Kuncoro (Team Member).

The Liquidation Team is responsible for carrying out the liquidation process in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 9/POJK.05/2014 regarding the Dissolution and Liquidation of Pension Funds.
