​Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-51/D.05/2024 dated June 19, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia Pension Fund, located at Komplek Perkantoran Mampang Square Blok 1, Jl. Mampang Prapatan raya No. 88 Jakarta Selatan, effective from December 31, 2023.

The dissolution of the Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia Pension Fund. The aforementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-51/D.05/2024 dated June 19, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia Pension Fund as follows:
