​Based on the Decision of Indonesia Financial Services Authority Board of Commissioners number KEP-33/D.06/2024 about Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending Company PT Akur Dana Abadi Business License Revocation, we hereby announced that as of 3rd of July 2024 Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked the business license of PT Akur Dana Abadi which its head office is located at Gedung Senayan Business Center, Jl. Senayan No. 39, Rawa Barat, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan 12180. The settling of the business license revocation is effective since the date of the business license revocation is issued by the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.

PT Akur Dana Abadi business license revocation is carried out upon the request of the company itself which was prompted by the company's non-compliance with capital requirements. Specifically, this pertains to insufficient minimum equity and an inadequate number of Board of Directors.

Regarding to this matter, PT Akur Dana Abadi must adhere to the following procedures:

1. Prohibited from conducting business activities as Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending Company.

2. Convene a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to deliberate on the dissolution and establishment of a Liquidation Team.

3. Settlement of the rights and obligations of the Cooperative will oversee by the Liquidation Team which will be formed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
