​Based on the Decision of Indonesia Financial Services Authority Board of Commissioners number KEP-35/D.06/2024 about Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending Company PT Semangat Gotong Royong Business License Revocation, we hereby announced that as of 5th of July 2024 Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked the business license of PT Semangat Gotong Royong which its head office is located at Ciputra World 2,15th Floor, Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav 11, Karet Semanggi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12950. The settling of the business license revocation is effective since the date of the business license revocation is issued by the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.

PT Semangat Gotong Royong business license revocation is carried out upon the request of the company itself as strategic initiative of shareholders to centralize Peer to Peer Lending Company business operation under single entity. PT Semangat Gotong Royong’s shareholders group comprise 2 (two) entities engaged in Peer to Peer Lending Company business activity.

Regarding to this matter, PT Semangat Gotong Royong must adhere to the following procedures:

1. Prohibited from conducting business activities as Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending Company.

2. Convene a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to deliberate on the dissolution and establishment of a Liquidation Team.

3. Settlement of the rights and obligations of the Cooperative will oversee by the Liquidation Team which will be formed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
