​The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted financing companies business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Bosowa Multi Finance to PT Amartha Warbler Finance through the decision KEP-7/PL.02/2025 since 20 February 2025.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Amartha Warbler Finance is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.

The current address of PT Amartha Warbler Finance head office is Jalan T.B. Simatupang Kav. 18, Kelurahan Cilandak Barat, Kecamatan Cilandak, Kota Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12430.
