The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted financing companies business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Bumiputera BOT-Finance to PT BOT Finance Indonesia since 10 July 2024.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT BOT Finance Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
