Pursuant to Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) Announcement Number. PENG 8/PM.1/2023 dated 13 October 2023 regarding Administrative Sanctions Against PT Berlian Aset Manajemen, OJK hereby imposes administrative sanctions and/or written order upon PT Berlian Aset Manajemen as follows:
OJK imposes PT Berlian Aset Manajemen penalty Rp525.000.000,00 of (five hundred and twenty five million rupiah); and
Written Order to immediately complete the dissolution process of Reksa Dana Berlian Khatulistiwa Saham and pay the liquidation proceeds which are the rights of the Participation Unit Holders.
Based on OJK’s monitoring, PT Berlian Aset Manajemen has fulfilled its obligations regarding the administrative sanction in the form of a penalty in the amount of Rp525.000.000,00 (five hundred and twenty five million rupiah) and fulfilled the written order to settle the dissolution of Reksa Dana Berlian Khatulistiwa Saham and pay the liquidation proceeds which are the rights of the Participation Unit Holders as previously set forth in PENG-8/PM.1/2023 dated 13 October 2023.
