Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority have granted general insurance business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Asuransi Digital Bersama to PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk KEP-131/PD.02/2025 on 27 Februari 2025, effective since the date of Members of the Board of Commissioners’s decision is made.
With the approval of the business license enforcement, PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
