​Wehereby announce that the Financial Servi​ces Authority (OJK) has granted to change business license for sharia surety company on conversion of PT Jamkrida NTB Bersaing to PT Penjaminan Pembiayaan Daerah NTB Syariah Perseroda through the Decree of Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority Number KEP-68/D.05/2024 on 28 August 2024.

The Granting permission to change business license activities to PT Penjaminan Pembiayaan Daerah NTB Syariah Perseroda is effective since 15 June 2024 as stated in the deed of Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Limited Liability Company “PT Jamkrida NTB Bersaing” number 02 dated 6 June 2024, made by Syafira Adam Baswedan, S.H., a notary in Mataram, and has obtained approval for amendments to the articles of association as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights number AHU-0035656.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2024 dated 15 June 2024.

With the granting to change these business license activities, PT Penjaminan Pembiayaan Daerah NTB Syariah must carry out business activities by implementing sound business practices and always referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
