The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby
announces the enactment of the general insurance business license in respect of the
change of name from PT Asuransi Kerugian Jasa Raharja to Perusahaan Perseroan
(Persero) PT Asuransi Kerugian Jasa Raharja through KEP-462/PD.02/2026 on August 31th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT
Asuransi Kerugian Jasa Raharja is required to carry out its business activities in
accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the
supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
