​The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the reinsurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Jaya Proteksindo Sakti Reinsurance to PT Jaya Sakti Reins Broker through KEP-255/PD.02/2026 on June 2nd, 2026​.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this ​decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license PT Jaya Sakti Reins Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK​.
