Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted a Business
License for Digital Financial Asset Trader to PT Gudang Kripto Indonesia through KEP-21/D.07/2026 on September 22nd, 2026. The business license is effective as of its date of issuance by the Member of the Board of
Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority
In accordance with the provisions of Article 124 POJK Number 27 of 2024 Concerning
Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, Digital Financial Asset Traders are
required to provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information that complies
with applicable laws and regulations when marketing Digital Financial Asset products
and/or services. Such information must, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:
is transparent to Consumers;
contains clear warnings regarding risks and price volatility;
does not state or imply that investments in Digital Financial Assets will yield high or
guaranteed returns;
does not create the assumption that failing to purchase Digital Financial Assets at
this time will result in a loss; and
does not recommend the purchasing of Digital Financial Assets with any form of
debt.
We urge the public to use the services of Digital Financial Asset Traders licensed by OJK
