​The Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) has granted Business License for Digital Financial Asset Trader PT Indonesia Digital Exchange through KEP-20/D.07/2026 on August 13th, 2026. The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license issued by the Member of Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 124 POJK Number 27 of 2024 Concerning Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, in marketing Digital Financial Asset products and/or services, any Exchange is required to provide information that is correct, not misleading, and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The information referred to must fulfill the following provisions at least:

1. is transparent to the Consumers;
   

2. contains warnings regarding risks and price volatility;

3. does not indicate or give the impression that investment in Digital Financial Assets will yield high and certain returns; 

4. does not build assumptions that will result in losses if does not purchase Digital Financial Assets at this time; and 

5. does not recommend the purchasing of Digital Financial Assets with any form of debt.
