​Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Pawnbroking Company PT Luxpawn Gadai Perkasa Mandiri through KEP-191/PL.02/2026 on September 14th, 2026.

The business license shall become effective as of the date of the stipulation of the Decree of the Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Inspections, and Quality Control of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions.

Pursuant to Article 48 of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 39 of 2024 concerning Pawnbroking, as amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 29of2025concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 39 of 2024 concerning Pawnbroking ("Pawnbroking FSA Regulation"), PT Luxpawn Gadai Perkasa Mandiri is required to clearly display the following information at each of its head office and branch offices:

1. The name and/or logo of the Pawnbroking Company;

2. The number and date of the business license, together with a statement that the Pawnbroking Company is supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK); 

3. Operational days and business hours; and

4. The loan interest rate or, for Pawnbroking Companies conducting business activities based on Sharia Principles, the service fee/return, as well as the administrative fee.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 12 paragraph (1) of the Pawnbroking FSA Regulation, PT Luxpawn Gadai Perkasa Mandiri is required to commence its business activities no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which the business license is stipulated.

The public is hereby encouraged to use the services of pawnbroking business operators that are registered and/or licensed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
