The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Finance Company PT Modal Ventura Syariah Indonesia KEP-34/D.06/2024 on July 5, 2024. The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license is issued by the Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 34/POJK.05/2015 (“POJK 34/2015”) concerning business and institutional licensing of Venture Capital Company, PT Modal Ventura Syariah Indonesia is required to operate its business activities no later than 6 (six) months since the date of the business license is issued.
