​Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted reinsurance broker business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Igna Asia to PT Igna Asia Reinsurance Brokers and Consultants through KEP-171/PD.02/2025 on March 17, 2025 is effective since the decision of Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Service Authority is made.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Igna Asia Reinsurance Brokers and Consultants is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
