Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority Number KEP-47/D.06/2026 dated August 3, 2026, OJK has revoked the
business license of PT BTPN Syariah Ventura, a Sharia Venture Capital Company, with
its registered office at Jalan Radio Dalam No. 100, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta
12140. The revocation of the business license shall take effect as of the date of issuance
of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority.
Following the revocation of its business license, the Company is prohibited from
conducting business activities as a Sharia Venture Capital Company and shall settle all
of its rights and obligations in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations,
including but not limited to the following:
The Company is prohibited from using the words "Venture" or "Sharia Venture" in
its corporate name in accordance with Article 56 of OJK Regulation No.
34/POJK.05/2015 concerning the Business Licensing and Institutional
Arrangements of Venture Capital Companies, as amended by OJK Regulation No.
46 of 2024 concerning the Development and Strengthening of Finance Companies,
Infrastructure Finance Companies, and Venture Capital Companies.
The Company shall provide clear information to debtors, creditors, and/or fund
providers regarding the mechanism for the settlement of their respective rights and
obligations.
The Company shall convene a General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve the
dissolution of the company as a legal entity and to establish a Liquidation Team no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the effective date of the revocation of its
business license.
The Company shall appoint a Person in Charge and designated employees to serve
as aTaskForceandService Center to facilitate the interest of debtors and the public
until the Liquidation Team is established. The details of the appointed Person in
Charge and designated employees shall be communicated to all debtors and
submitted to OJK, c.q. the Directorate of Special Supervision of Financing, Venture
Capital, Microfinance, and Other Financial Services Institutions and Directorate of
Consumer Protection 1.
