OJK through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
number KEP-57/D.06/2026 dated September, 24th 2026, has revoked PT Credit Saison
Indonesia Finance business license, which its head office is located at Cyber 2 Tower, 29th Floor,
Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Blok X-5 No.13, Jakarta Selatan, 12950. The revocation of the business
license takes effect from the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority on the date of stipulation.
Following the revocation of its business license, PT Credit Saison Indonesia Finance is prohibited
from carrying out business activities in finance company sector and is obligated to settle rights
and obligations in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, among others:
Provide clear information to Debtors, Creditors, and/or other parties regarding the
mechanism for settling rights and obligations.
Hold shareholders general meeting to decide on the dissolution of PT Credit Saison
Indonesia Finance legal entity and to form a Liquidation Team, no later than 30 (thirty)
working days from the date of business license revocation.
Required to appoint a Person in Charge and Employees who serve as a Task Force and
Service Center to serve the interest of Debtors and the Community until the Liquidation
Team is formed. The Appointed Person in Charge and Employees must be submitted to all
debtors and forwarded to OJK at the attention of the Directorate of Specialized Supervision
of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other
Financial Services Institutions and the Department of Consumer and Public Protection.
