Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority
Number KEP-59/D.06/2026 dated September 25, 2026, OJK has revoked the business license of
PT Porto Ventura Kapital, a Venture Capital Company, with its registered office at Tower B Floor
3, 18 Parc Place SCBD Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, 12190.
The revocation of the business license shall take effect as of the date of issuance of the Decree of
the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority.
Following the revocation of its business license, PT Porto Ventura Kapital is prohibited from
conducting business activities as a Venture Capital Company and shall settle all of its rights and
obligations in accordance with the prevailling laws and regulations, including but not limited to
the following:
The company shall provide clear information to Debtors, Creditors, and/or other parties
regarding the mechanism for settling rights and obligations.
The Company shall convence a General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve the dissolution
of the Company hold shareholders general meeting to decide on the dissolution of PT Porto
Ventura Kapital legal entity and to form a Liquidation Team, no later than 30 (thirty)
working days from the date of business license revocation.
Required to appoint a Person in Charge and Employees who serve as a Task Force and
Service Center to serve the interest of Debtors and the Community until the Liquidation
Team is formed. The Appointed Person in Charge and Employees must be submitted to all
debtors and forwarded to OJK at the attention of the Directorate of Specialized Supervision
of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other
Financial Services Institutions and the Department of Consumer and Public Protection.
