​According to the completion of the transfer of portfolio from the Sharia Unit of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk., it is hereby announced that upon the request of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has issued the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP642/PD.02/2024 dated November 7, 2024, regarding the revocation of the license for the Sharia Unit of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk. 

The Sharia Unit of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk is located at Jalan RS. Fatmawati No. 32, South Jakarta. 

With the revocation of the license for the establishment of the Sharia Unit, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk is prohibited from conducting business activities based on Shariah principles.
