The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have
granted sharia financing companies business license enforcement concerning the
change of name of PT Trihamas Finance Syariah to PT Zamrud Persada Finance Syariah through KEP-38/PL.02/2025 since March 13, 2025.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Zamrud Persada Finance
Syariah is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound
business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
