The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Sinergi Mitratama Proteksi to PT Smartpro Insurance Brokers through KEP-188/PD.02/2026 on April 20th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT Smartpro Insurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continously comply with supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
