​The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services​ Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Mitra Dhana Atmharaksha Pialang Asuransi dan Konsultan to PT MDA Pialang Asuransi through KEP-610/PD.02./2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, PT MDA Pialang Asuransi is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
